Cost: $1,250 (split in two payments)

This course is designed for HR professionals—whether you're currently in a role or between opportunities—who are ready to level up. Whether you're aiming to strengthen your leadership skills, seeking clarity on your next move, working toward a promotion, or trying to navigate across HR divisions, this course offers personalized coaching and practical tools to support your goals. You’ll also gain guidance on embedding DEI into your work, balancing career and life, and leading teams with confidence. Join a supportive space built to help you grow, lead, and thrive in HR.

What’s Included

• Four 1-on-1 calls with Janelle (1 hour each): Topics can include goal-setting, feedback on work, presentation preparation, skill development, leadership development, navigating difficult work dynamics, setting boundaries, asking for what you need, preparing for promotion, and general mentorship navigating an HR career.

• Two team calls with other residency members

• Unlimited email support from Janelle

• Feedback on work (I.e. participants can send me their draft projects, presentations, strategy documents, etc and I will review and provide feedback)

Who Is This For?

Anyone working in HR (or currently between HR roles) who fits at least one of the following categories:

• Is looking to develop their leadership capabilities

• Feels "stuck" and needs support setting goals and determining their next move

• Wants help navigating a career in HR (I.e. how to move from one division to another)

Please note: Total cost for this program is $1,250. Registration is $625 and a second payment of $625 will be billed when the program concludes.
